FAIR USE NOTICE:

All forms of multimedia on this site have been provided for educational purposes only in an effort to advance the understanding of environmental issues, human rights, economic and political democracy, and social justice, etc., and therefore we believe this constitutes a ‘fair use’ of any such copyrighted material as provided for in Title 17 U.S.C. section 106A-117 of the US Copyright Law.

QUOTATIONS (Quotes’ Memes):

All quotations’ illustrations, memes and artwork presented on this site, unless otherwise stated, are exclusively designed by Enchanting Minds. These will be distinguished by bearing an Enchanting Minds watermark. The quotations themselves, meaning the ‘words’, remain the literary works and intellectual properties of their respective authors. We do not claim credits for any quotes compiled from books, magazines or various visual media, nor do we assert to imply the approval of their authors of our site or its contents. If you believe that any quotation violates a copyright you hold or represent, we will immediately remove it upon notification. We simply hold the copyright over the artwork and illustrations of the quotations, and not the quotations themselves.

We may sometimes attribute a quote to the wrong author or insert an author to be unknown or anonymous and that is simply because that is how we came across that quote online. If you are the author, you can contact us by providing proof of ownership and we will credit you with the quote in question.

All quotations memes were created by EnchantingMinds, using either images from the public domain or purchased stock graphics.

You may save, download and print any quotations artwork created by Enchanting Minds for your own personal use or print them out and give it as a gift. However, you may not use them for business purposes. All designs cannot be modified, altered, mass-produced or re-sold without our consent. Enchanting Minds maintains the copyright on all quotations memes/designs that bear the Enchanting Minds watermark.

Blog / Sites Owners are free and welcome to feature any quotation memes/illustrations made by Enchanting Minds on their sites provided they do not modify the artwork in whatever way or crop out the credits. If they choose to share any meme from Enchanting Minds, they must share it as it is without any modification to the artwork itself.

ARTICLES:

All articles and their contents are and remain the sole properties of their respective blog writers/authors. No copyright infringement is intended. ALL ARTICLES FEATURED ON ENCHANTING MINDS ARE EITHER WRITTEN BY STAFF MEMBERS OF ENCHANTING MINDS, GUEST WRITERS, THE FOUNDER OF ENCHANTING MINDS HIMSELF, OR WERE GIVEN EXPLICIT PERMISSION BY THEIR OWNERS TO BE FEATURED ON ENCHANTING MINDS. In the case of written permissions, all contexts pertaining to an agreement, be it in chat or email, are logged with a time-stamp.

None of the audio/visual content is hosted on EnchantingMinds.net. All videos are embedded in our articles from other sites such as YouTube, Vimeo, etc, therefore all issues concerning copyright violations arising from videos should be aimed at the sites hosting the material. We simply are relaying over a link to that content, known as “content embedding via an URL linking”. For example: We may write an article about funny cats, and then include a video link from YouTube to compliment the narrative of our article. In such a case, any violation of the video content about the funny cats video itself must be addressed to either YouTube or the User on YouTube whose video link was shared since the video itself does not reside on our site.

Some materials are hard to distinguish if they fall or not within public domain, and so the owner of this site is willing to remove any violating material immediately upon request. We take care to give due credit if the author or artist is known. However, if you are an author or an artist whose work has featured on our website and have not been credited and you would like us to either change, add or remove the work in question, please contact us and we will comply with your request.

We respect copyrighted content and make use of websites that allow redistribution of their content. If we do have your content on our website which you gave us permission for, we will credit you as the ‘original author’ below each article, with an attribution link going back to you as the source. In the case of broken links or a mistyped URL, please contact us and we will immediately fix it.

All featured images used for our articles either are purchased by the owner of this site, or were given permission to be used (in which case, we’ll give attribution) or fall within the Creative Commons license which okays to republish them anywhere as long as attribution bio is included and all links remain intact without any modification of the original content or discrediting its creators, so if you are the owner of ANY IMAGE we used on our site that you feel is not properly credited, please contact us and we will remedy the attribution or even delete it if that is your request.

All other articles written by Enchanting Minds and its staff remain the intellectual property of Enchanting Minds.  Please respect our copyright as we do yours. Do not scrap our content and host it on other websites without our permission. This site ADHERES TO THE DMCA.
